Where do I ship my device?
Ship to NextGen Game Repair, 465 Old Fincastle Rd, Lebanon, VA 24266. Put a note inside the box with your order number, name and phone number. You'll also see this address on your confirmation page.
What is the prepaid shipping kit?
No box? No problem. Add a shipping kit and we mail you a sturdy box, protective padding and a prepaid shipping label. Pack your device, drop it off with the carrier, and you're done. The kit is priced at cost: the real USPS rates for all three trips (kit to you, your device to us, and the repaired device back) plus packing materials, with a small 5% handling fee. You see the exact price at checkout once you enter your address.
Is return shipping really free?
Yes. Every repair ships back to you free, with tracking. You only cover the cost of sending it to us.
What's the difference between TMR and standard sticks?
Standard sticks use carbon contacts that wear down and cause drift again over time. TMR and Hall effect sticks sense position with magnets, so there's nothing to wear out. The GuliKit option adds adjustable tension.
What if you find a different problem?
We'll contact you before doing any extra work. If additional repairs are needed, we send an invoice you can pay online. Nothing extra happens without your OK.
Can I drop off in person?
Absolutely. Our shop is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Book online first so we have your order ready.
How do I pay?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
